Refund Policy

Inurra offers refunds only in accordance with our cancellation rules:

• More than 48 hours before your saunagus session: Full refund (minus possible payment processing fees).

• Less than 48 hours before the session or no-show: No refund.

• In case of cancellation by Inurra (e.g. illness, force majeure): Full refund or free rescheduling.

• ​

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All bookings are for services (saunagus experiences). There are no physical products, so standard product return rules do not apply.
