These terms apply to all bookings made on www.inurra.com or directly with Inurra.

1. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment (full or deposit).

• Prices are in DKK, include 25% VAT, and are per person unless stated otherwise.

• We accept major credit/debit cards via secure payment provider (e.g. Stripe/Wix Payments). Card details are not stored by us.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session start time (full refund minus any transaction fees).

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before: No refund (or 100% fee charged).

• No-shows: No refund.

• We reserve the right to cancel due to illness, force majeure, or insufficient participants – full refund or rescheduling offered.

3. Changes

• Changes to date/time subject to availability and possible fee. Contact us directly.

4. Participant Rules

• Arrive on time. Late arrival may result in shortened session without refund.

• Follow safety instructions. Intoxication or disruptive behaviour may lead to refusal of entry (no refund).

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Liability

• Inurra is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or indirect damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

• You participate at your own risk. Inform us of any health conditions that may affect safety.

6. Right of Withdrawal For online bookings of services: No 14-day withdrawal right once the service has started (or if you have explicitly waived it by booking close to the date). For pre-service cancellations, see section 2.
