We do not collect sensitive data unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. health notes for safety) and give explicit consent.

  • To process payments → Contract + legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) + (c))

  • Marketing (newsletters/offers) → Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – you can unsubscribe anytime

  • Legal compliance (e.g. accounting) → Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))

We share data only when necessary:

  • With trusted service providers (e.g. Wix for website/booking, payment processors like Stripe/Wix Payments, email services) – all under data processing agreements

  • With authorities if legally required

No transfers outside EU/EEA without adequate safeguards.

  • Booking data: Up to 3 years after your session (for accounting and disputes)

  • Marketing data: Until you withdraw consent

  • Legal records: As required by law (e.g. 5 years for bookkeeping)
